Penthouse in Madrid Every time I order a project, I have a first step is to draft the plans for construction that brings the client, and a second step does so rewarding, that consists of building plans (and the houses tend to be clean and arregladitas, no, and some even without electricity, so the cold is Treme).
This step involves me in a normal house, 2 to 3 hours of drawing, measures and think at the same time, so I usually end up dead!
My ceremony for this job is to take something delicious meal or snack, and make a break in the middle to set my initial ideas. Of course if I help, such as F, everything becomes much more fun ... and easy! Since measuring and drawing at the same time is more complicated.
